Pump Station Controller Program suite

A Swampfox RTU based Automatic Pump Control program suite with; support for 1-4 pumps in either duty-assist or duty-standby configurations; automatic duty-pump change-over; remote pump control and set point setting; derived inflow and outflow rate calculations; data logging configured.
- Maximise the use and processing power of your Swampfox RTU
- Save the cost of installing a separate Pump Controller
- Save the cost of a flow meter installation by calculating the inflow from the well rise rate.
- Minimise the cost of the well level transducer required
Features:
Site Input / Outputs:
To provide for the automatic program pump control, the following live site RTU inputs / outputs are required:
Individual pump status inputs;
- Controls 1 to 4 pumps
- Individual start & stop levels for each pump
- Setpoints are time stamped and stored in persistent memory at the Master and RTU
- Adjustable for Duty/Standby or Duty/Assist operation with automatic change over in a fault scenario
- Automatic delay between pump starts
- Automatic duty changeover after each pump cycle
- Pump run-on alarm
- Individual pump over-current and under-current (cavitation) alarms and dedicated I/O to record current when fault occurred
- Individual pump run hours and number of starts
- Derived Inflow and Outflow rates based on well dimensions and level changes
- Level alarms for High/Low/Failed
- Watchdog output pulses every minute if program and setpoints are loaded
- Designed for a Swampfox 3, available in a Swampfox 1 for 1-2 pump sites
- Fully set up for data logging
- Highly customisable
- Pumps can be remotely run or taken out of service
- Provisioned for dedicated flow meter if available
- Full program documentation provided - you own the programs and they reside in your SCADA Master
- Optional onsite Touchscreen HMI
